Eligibility

What Qualifies For A Return

Standard, non-personalized HIDEA bags qualify for return or exchange when all four apply.

14-Day Window

Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Unused Condition

Unworn, unmarked, and free of wear or use.

Original Packaging

Tags, dust bag, and box included with the return.

Proof Of Purchase

Order number or receipt required for every return.

How It Works

Four Steps To A Refund

Most returns are resolved within a week of us receiving your bag.

Request A Return

Email us your order number and reason for return within 14 days of delivery.

Pack It Up

Repack the bag in its original box with tags and dust bag attached.

Ship It Back

Use the return label we send, or ship to our returns address with tracking.

Get Refunded

Once inspected, we process your refund or send your replacement.

What Can't Be Returned

Because some of our styles are made in limited runs or customized on request, a few categories fall outside the standard return window. If any of these arrive damaged or wrong, that's on us — see below.

Personalized bags — monograms, initials, or custom charms added on request.

Items purchased during final-sale or clearance promotions.

Bags showing visible signs of wear, scuffing, or use.

Gift cards and promotional bundles.

2–3 Days To Inspect Business days after we receive your return before it's processed.

5–7 Days To Refund Business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
