Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we accept once payment is processed and the order is confirmed by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or pricing errors.
Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and are not guaranteed — carrier delays, customs, and high-demand periods can affect them. Risk of loss passes to you once an order is handed to the carrier.
Free standard shipping applies on qualifying orders as shown at checkout; expedited options are available for an added fee.
Many THRYGO products can be personalized with initials, numbers, colorways, or logos. Because these are made specifically for you:
Standard, non-customized products may be returned within our stated return window if unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
Customized products are final sale except where the item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered — in that case, contact us and we'll make it right.
If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized use.
All THRYGO logos, product designs, photography, and site content are owned by THRYGO or our licensors and protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, resell, or use our branding or content without written permission.
THRYGO products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
